Own a Britten Bronze

To greatly boost fundraising, our sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley will cast three strictly limited editions of 10 casts each, 30 in total, of his original maquette for the full-sized statue. The three editions will measure 18, 24 or 36 inches high.

Each cast will be made to order and will take approximately 14-16 weeks. Ian will oversee the entire process, visiting Castle Fine Arts Foundry, inspecting the waxes, metalwork and patination. Each cast will be stamped with the artist’s monogram ‘IRB’ and edition number. A numbered certificate will also be included, signed by Ian Rank-Broadley and our patrons: Sophie Blake and Tamara Britten, the great-nieces of Benjamin Britten — making these exceptional collectors pieces.

Works of art such as these, in bronze, by such a distinguished sculptor are an investment. Your purchase will contribute significantly to the installation of the full-size statue of Britten as a Boy in Lowestoft, inspiring future generations of children to achieve their ambitions.
